Material under Guarantee
The IPO technologie standard guarantee is of 2 years Return to workshop from the purchase date. (Valid for the European community countries – specific agreement for all other countries) Extensions exist, do not hesitate to ask your sales interlocutor.

  • 1. Download the « demand of return » Form (RMA form)
    This form will enable you to obtain a RMA number.

  • 2. Complete carefully the form with all the indications noted :
    Your coordinates / Reference of the product / Purchase date / type of product / delivery note number / serial number(verify with the concerned product) / nature of the failure (compulsory)
  • 3. Send by email or fax
    Send the form by email : sav@ipo-sa.com or by fax +33 (0)4.72.68.66.59
  • 4. RMA number reception
    When the file is complete and approved, the After Sales Service returns (under 48 hours) your demand by email with a return number (RMA number).
  • 5. How to package and send your material
    Please return the product in its original packaging. The badly packaged return products and that turn out damaged will not be accepted under garantee. If you have an extension of guarantee, precise it on the return document. Please put the return document In the sending.
  • 6. The return in our office is supported by your company
    You must obtain this RMA number, attributed by our After Sales Service, without it, products will not be dealt with and will be refused or turned over.

For products having exceeded the guarantee period, you can benefit from a restoration. Follow the steps of material return, our services will give you an option and an estimation of the cost.
