Material in period of guarantee

The standard guarantee of IPO technologie is of 2 years Return to the workshop from the date of purchase. (only for the European Community - specific agreement for others countries) :

1.Download the RMA form (demand of return) This form will enable you to obtain your number of RMA thereafter.
	2. Complete carefully the form with all the needed indications : Your coordinates / Reference of the Product / Date of purchase / Type of product / Number of the Delivery note Serial Number (to verify with the concerned product) / Nature of the breakdown (obligatory)
	3. Send by Fax Send the form by Fax at +33 (0) 4.72.68.66.59
	4. Recept RMA Number Most All of this information are on the opinion of Delivery. When the file is complete and validated, the AFTER-SALES SERVICE DEPARTMENT returns - under 48 hours - your demand by Fax with a number of return. You can then send us the material. The return in our premises is at your expense.
	5. Packaging & send your product Please return the product in its original packaging. The badly packaged returned products and/or that turn out damaged will not be accepted in as specified in the guarantee.
	The return in our center office is with your load. You must imperatively obtain a number of return allotted by the SAV, without this number of return, the products will not be dealt with and will be refused at the entries or will be turned over.

For products having exceeded the period of guarantee, you can benefit from a restoration.
Follow the step of material Return, our services will give you an opinion and an estimation of the cost of repair.
